Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact our Customer Care at info@bercony.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. As soon as your return will be delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the appropriate checks. In case of positive result, we will send you an email to confirm the return and refund timing.

5. The refund will be made within 5 days from the receipt of the goods on the same payment method used to confirm the order. We remind you that the technical time to obtain the refund depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.

Return Conditions

1. You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return for faulty or incorrect product

Bercony is committed to provide high quality products and services. If, for any reason, you have a complaint about a product purchased online ( in case of defective and/or non-conformity), please contact our Customer Care at info@bercony.com

Please provide all the necessary information, including : the order number and pictures with the product labels you received.

Before sending the goods we kindly ask you to wait for a reply from our Customer Care that will deal with your claim as soon as possible.

Return Address

Please contact us at info@bercony.com if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
