Shopping at Bercony is quick and easy. All products are in stock and ready for despatch unless otherwise stated. Click here to view your cart and check out now.

Availability

To avoid disappointment and delays you can only order items that we have in stock. Our site tells you if an item is out of stock in a particular size – unfortunately we cannot guarantee that new stock will become available.

How to Order

Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories in the navigation at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger pictures.

When you find a product you want to buy, click the “Buy” button to add it to your cart.
You can place an order online and pay via PayPal or credit card, debit card through PayPal

Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies. Once an order is placed on our website we are unable to make changes or additions. 

The item will now be shown in your shopping cart on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the cart will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT

When you have finished shopping, click the ‘Checkout’ link and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.

How Do I Pay for My Order?

Pay for your order via PayPal or credit card, debit card through PayPal. When you check out, you can choose your preferred payment method and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.

Paying by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘PayPal’. Through PayPal you can pay credit and debit cards. You can use major credit and debit cards.

1. Choose 'Payment method' button as PayPal and click 'Confirm Order' you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2. You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4. Click Continue to return on site.

After I Have Ordered

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total and the billing and delivery address.

Please double-check the information and if anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your order is despatched, you will receive another e-mail with your shipping tracking code and a link to the shipping website so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?

Currently, once an order is placed and paid for on our website we are unable to make product changes or additions. 

But you can contact us to change or cancel the order within 6 hours after placing the order.
