How Do I Place an Order?

We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal too! 

Visit us at www.bercony.com, and find the item you’d like to order

1.  Click on the item, and then you’ll arrive at its product page.
2. Select the color and size you’d like via the drop-down menu
3. Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button
4. Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you’ve added everything you want to order to your virtual cart
5. Click on ‘Checkout’ at the top right corner of the page
6. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details.

Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on “Pay now” or “Complete Order” before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number. 

How Safe Is Your Website?

All payments are processed by PayPal, which is a very trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords.

Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal. Thousands of customers have ordered from us and have been satisfied with our level of service and quality.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping?

Absolutely not! Shipping is entirely FREE to USA, and by that we mean that we ship to USA, free of charge. Yes, you read it right!

I Have Placed an Order, when Will My Order Be Shipped?

Order processing time is between 4-6 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.

Packages that Are Unclaimed/rejected/returned

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

What Currency Is Being Used at Urbanstox?

All prices stated on our website are in United States Dollars (US$). For currency exchange conversions to your local currency, do visit an online currency converter such as xe.com/ucc

Do You Accept Returns if An Item Does Not Fit or I Don’t Like It?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email sales@bercony.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you do decide to return it to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.

We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however, please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.

Payments Methods

Payments methods include PayPal and Credit cards.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1. After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
4. Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:

• Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
• When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
• When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
